The Evolution of Scalability
Discover localized consensus and parallel block processing. AuricChain Labs implements Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) architecture to solve the blockchain trilemma once and for all.
Directed Acyclic Graph Architecture
Unlike traditional linear chains, AuricChain utilizes a mesh-like structure where multiple blocks are validated simultaneously, eliminating bottlenecks.
Parallel Processing
Traditional blockchains process one block at a time. Blockdag allows multiple blocks to be added concurrently, drastically increasing TPS (Transactions Per Second).
Secured Topology
The acyclic nature ensures no loops occur, maintaining a single direction of time and event finality while protecting against double-spend attacks.
GhostDAG Protocol
Our proprietary consensus solves conflicts by ordering blocks based on their connectivity, prioritizing the most honest sub-graphs.
The Competitive Edge
| Feature | AuricChain (Blockdag) | Bitcoin (Linear) | Ethereum (Linear) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Transactions Per Second | 10,000+ | ~7 | ~30 |
| Block Time | 1-2 Seconds | 10 Minutes | 12 Seconds |
| Finality | Near-Instant | 60 Minutes | 6 Minutes |
| Structure | Non-Linear Mesh | Single Thread | Single Thread |
AuricChain: 10k+ TPS / 1s Block time
Competition: 7-30 TPS / 10m-12s Block time
AuricChain: Near-instant GhostDAG finality.
Competition: Probabilistic finality requiring multiple confirmations (6-60 minutes).
How it Works
AuricChain's BlockDAG employs a cooperative mining principle. Instead of miners competing to create the single "best" next block, miners work in parallel to create blocks that reference multiple previous blocks (parents). This creates a web of trust and data that is much harder to manipulate than a single strand.
- No Orphan Blocks: All valid work contributes to security.
- High Throughput: Sub-second latency for global trade.
- Adaptive Weight: Consensus adjusts to network congestion.
